Welcome to Austin Bowenwork & Alignment Center

“Jessica is a miracle worker as far as I am concerned. She had the key to break what I was experiencing as a cycle of pain that seemed permanent. You can’t put a price on what she has done for me. Even if Bowen Therapy seems obscure to you, you owe it to yourself to try it just once. You will notice a difference right away. I found that I could in fact get my life back.” Doug C.

Happy Clients

I was frustrated with traditional medicine masking the symptoms and making me feel worse. I started researching alternative medicine and therapy for autoimmune diseases and found Bowenwork. I looked up Bowenwork Austin and found Jessica Riley. The Bowenwork technique and Jessica’s intuitive healing has been very beneficial to me. I am pain and  constipation free. I am continuing my therapy with Jessica and we will be starting to address the fatigue through Restorative Exercise.
Jessica is a healer, plain and simple. I have tried many different types of healing methods before, but the Bowenwork that she does is one of the best therapies I have ever encountered. She can help those who have lost hope in traditional healthcare therapies. She helps get people healthier without the need for medication. I have felt like a new person since I started her treatment and I cannot imagine trying to live healthy without her Bowen treatment. Everyone should experience the wonderful healing hands of Jessica.

Meet Jessica Sheaffer

I have over 19 years of professional experience as a bodywork therapist.  I am a Master Bowenwork Practitioner, Myofascial Release Practitioner (John Barnes Method) a Registered Yoga teacher, Restorative Exercise Specialist through the Nutritious Movement Center, and Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Texas.

Most clients seek out my work because they are struggling to heal. I see lots of people with back and hip pain that have become chronic and unresponsive to chiropractic treatments and exercise. Shoulder and neck problems are a common complaint due to culture related activities such as desk jobs and driving. Knee and feet issues that haven’t improved with PT or shoe changes. I see babies with colic and athletes who want help relaxing and stretching their tissues for improved performance.

My work is a sweet mix of bodywork, movement therapy, intuitive healing, laughter and love. If you have any questions related specifically to what’s got you all knotted up in pain, give me a call or send an email to see how I can help you.
